In the Mining area, our office has extensive experience in the sector, working in the different types of businesses related to the activity, drafting option contracts, assignments, joint ventures and assisting its clientele in negotiating each of these transactions. Our work extends beyond the strictly mining bias, reaching real estate issues, in dealings with surface owners, to regulate the possession, access and use of land for mining activities or, if applicable, the purchase and sale of land included in the polygonal intended for mining. We believe that the work in conjunction with other sectors of the office completes the scope of our service, allowing us to conduct legal audits (legal due diligence) and issue legal opinions on issues related to the mining industry.
